Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new composer window
2. Insert a map item, and make sure its selected
3. Click on the "move item content" map manipulation tool
4. Copy the map item via ctrl+c
5. Paste the copied item via ctrl+p
6. Notice the new map item being created, but the move / resize tool not being activated
Upon pasting item(s), the move / resize tool should automatically be activated as the user will inevitably have to activate it manually otherwise. This also creates consistency in behavior with the creation of a new item, which automatically activate that tool. Assigning to Nyall per discussion.
