Description
"Merge shapefiles to one" not working in Master. The tool dialog reach 100% but get stuck, and you can only close it by pressing the X icon on top right corner.Besides that, the output file is not created.
It works fine in 1.8, therefore I set it as Blocker.

The "ftools" category is being removed from the tracker, changing the category of this ticket to "Processing/QGIS" to not leave the category orphaned.
