Description
Select by Expression tool does not have an icon, it's just text. Makes it impossible to dock Attributes toolbar in vertical orientation without wasting space.

It has an icon in the gis icon theme. As this is going to be the standard theme for 2.0 I'm not sure about the policy and future of the current default icon theme. Of course it would be very easy to just copy it over.

Maybe with 2.0 being so close, the gis theme should be made default now?
