Description
Currently there is a mechanism in the labeling engine (new symbology) to avoid overlapping labels. It wouold be good to implement the same to avoid overlapping multiple symbols for the same points (e.g. if I mark the same point, first as parking, then as bars, etc. I want the symbols do not overlap, but they should be displaced.
Same thing for the diagram plugin.

Now that we have control over feature rendering order, probably this feature is not really necessary.
