Description
Hi,
looks like we have 2 functions which are doing the same job.
1. View > Zoom Actual Size
and
2. Right click on a raster layer name > Zoom to best scale (100%)
They both works for rasters only and they zoom to the same scale so i think an unification is needed here.

I don't see your point: I only have zoom to layer (extent) in both menus, and it works for raster and vector alike. Please reopen if I'm wrong
