Italian translation of "Output layer" should be "Strato in uscita"

Description
"Output layer" is translated both as "Vettore in uscita" and "Raster in uscita" (https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/QGIS/viewstrings/#it/qgis-application/39651620?q=output%20layer).
The translation should be simply "Layer/Strato in uscita", otherwise it causes unconsinstencies like in "Join attributes table" or "Join attributes by location" where the output is "Raster in uscita".
