Ran into this yesterday when helping a student get qGIS on his Mac laptop.

Text: Mac Installer Package for both OS X Lion (10.7) and Snow Leopard (10.6).
... Text should read: Mac Installer Package for OS X Mavericks (10.9), Mountain Lion (10.8) and Lion (10.7)

Btw, this is accurate, i.e. William just dropped Mac 10.6 (Snow Leopard) support.
