Description
QGIS installed from http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/win32/QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.2.0-1-Setup-x86_64.exe, replacing previous 1.80 installation.
on load, QGIS produces the following error

The program seems to load and run normally after this error is dismissed.

I've closed the ticket for now, can you please post this at the OSGeo4W issue tracker? https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/report/1
If it does end up being a QGIS issue, feel free to re-open =)
I'm thinking this is something about the osgeo4w packaging instead of actually QGIS. I'm thinking this was reported before so a quick search there could give you some results too.
