DPI-Mode drop-down doesn't work until editing

Description
1) Open WMS\\WMTS dialog.
2) Click "New"
The "DPI-Mode" drop-down menu isn't available. You need to make whatever settings/changes, press ok, then "Edit" the connection details for it to be accessible.
