Description
Is it available the grass plugin in Qgis 2.0.1? It is described in the guide but I can't load the plugin and see the related toolbar

Please upgrade. It has been solved in the latest packages.

fixed standalone packages have not yet been updated/made available, meanwhile you can install using osgeo4w where things are ok.
