Changing from a Simple Fill to a Outline Simple Line should retain line colour and size

Description
When a "Simple Fill" symbology is changed to a "Outline: Simple Line" type, it would be nice if QGIS retained the settings for border style, width and color and applied them to the simple line Pen style, Pen width and color attributes. (The opposite should also be the case when a Simple Line symbology is changed to a Simple Fill).
It'd be a nice elegant UI/workflow improvement IMO!
