Bands not correctly loaded for multiband raster

Description

Using the osgeo4w build 7cec992 when loading a normal multiband raster the red, green, and blue bands are not selected resulting in a empty image. You have to open the properties dialog and select them by hand.

By default, band1 is taken as red, 2 as green, 3 as blue (configurable in options->display->raster).
Could you check if you have wrong settings for defaultRedBand/defaultGreenBand/defaultBlueBand? There was a bug a few days ago that inserted funny numbers into that setting.

I really can't see anything wrong with the latest master. Maybe it was a local issue or something that was fixed meanwhile. Please reopen if necessary.
