Description

Hi,
only to report that EPSG:40003 CRS is not well defined.

It is "+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=9 +k=0.9996 +x_0=1500000 +y_0=0 +ellps=intl +units=m +towgs84=-50.2,-50.4,84.8,-0.690,-2.012,0.459,-28.08 +no_defs".

It should be "+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=15 +k=0.9996 +x_0=2520000 +y_0=0 +ellps=intl +units=m +towgs84=-50.2,-50.4,84.8,-0.690,-2.012,0.459,-28.08 +no_defs"

Thank you
