Broken layer visibility logic in groups

Description
1. Add a group
2. add a couple of layers in the project, move them to the group
3. Switch off the group, all layers with get unselected
4. Switch on the first layer -> nothing will show up, the group checkbox is still blank
5. Deselect the first layer and select it again -> the layer will show and group checkbox is grey (as it should be)
