Help for algorithms not visible in modeller

Description

Algorithms in the modeller don't have the collapsible panel on the right with the help which is visible when we execute the algorithm from the toolbox.

  • This is a problem for algorithms which are "modeller only". We have no way to read the documentation for these algorithms.
  • It's not convenient to not have the documentation in the same window when we are in the modeller.
  • There is a button at the bottom left corner of the dialog for the online help. But the help button leads to a default qgis.org page for algorithms which are not in core (plugins for instance).

It would be better to have the same dialog between the toolbox and the modeller with the help panel on the right.
