print composer; arrows and x not working

Description
In the print composer, the classified layers can be moved down (button V) in the legend, but not up (button ^), and cannot be removed (button x).
Furthermore, an arrow icon would seem more appropriate than a v or ^.

The button connections are fixed in e3513815 (SVN r12247)
