Description

Good afternoon.
The problem is that in QGIS 2.14.22 when attaching a raster to a given layer, the error qgis-ltr-bin.exe has stopped working appears. Updating the version to the latest version 2.18 did not solve the problem, please help in this situation

QGIS 2.14 is not supported anymore.

Regarding 2.18: please try using a clean installation, for example try by deleting the .qgis2 folder (backup it first, you may have things in there you may want not to lose).

The screenshot is about the Georeferencer: does the crash happen only when using this tool? only with a specific dataset?

Yes, the problem occurs only when using this tool, regardless of the data set.
