fixed space font for GRASS output window

Description

In the grass output window, proportional fonts are used. This is inconvenient for reports (e.g. r.coin, and several others), as the results are misaligned and difficult to read. Better use courier or similar, if possible

Fixed in changeset:12681.

The output window is in fact very simple html browser, so i put all the output from grass module into 

 html tag. Now the output looks like terminal.
