Description
after automatic detect upgrade from 2.14 to 3.00 QGIS, i had click to upgrade QGIS, so when open from click QGIS in window not full to show all window of QGIS first, but off cut at bottom line information like scale, coordinat, epgsd, etc.
why this problem ? i had to try drag window for seen the bottom like looking for in-out diagonal red mark for dimention off window, but may not,
and only work for horizontal drag red mark for in-out dimention off window is correct work alias the vertikal red mark for in-out dimention not worked
please solve it?

Now .... already have normal ... solved issue
