Description

The GDAL Rasterize processing tool is not converting the 'Width/Horizontal resolution' entered value to the two-part '-tr xres yres' in the command, only the xres is set, yres remains 0.0. See screenshot PNG attached.

There is nothing wrong here, you have set horizontal resolution to 10.0 and leave vertical resolution as zero.
