Creating a new ShapeFile Layer fails.
OGR Window message: 2018-03-27T22:24:20 WARNING Erzeugung der OGR-Datenquelle MyShapeFileLayer.shp gescheitert: Failed to create file MyShapeFileLayer.shp: Permission denied
