Description
They are included neither to the Layers panel nor to the printed legend.
Also they cause a "Warning: Unsupported blend" debug message.

- Priority changed from Normal to High
Setting priority to high, as it badly limits usefulness of the effects in printouts.

I'm against including them in legends until we gain support for customising the legend symbol within a legend. E.g. there needs to be a way to turn them off when they aren't wanted in a legend.
