Description
When loading a QGIS-project with a layer which is not available (e.g. location has changed) a dialog appears. With QGIS-Version 2.99.0-Master (9a020ea792) it seems not possible to edit the path (browse for button disabled).

- Resolution set to invalid
- Status changed from Open to Closed
This has only ever been possible for OGR and GDAL layers - the delimited text provider doesn't support browsing for the layer. Instead you need to manually edit the connection string.
