Description
Add new map tools:
- Square from diagonal
- Rectangle from 3 points (distance from the orthogonal projection of the third point)
- Elliptical arc
- More circular arcs methods (start, central and final points ; start central points and angle ; start, central points and cord length ; start, final points and tangent ; start, final points and radius ; central, start and final points ; central, start points and angle ; central, start points and cord legth)
