Add support for PostgreSQL JSON and JSONB column types

Description

These types are here since PG 9.4 and gain more and more usage recently.
Supporting them will be a great enhancement to QGIS app.

Could not agree more - this is almost a must have these days.

There is progress on this one in latest QGIS version, but it supports only one level JSON structures.
When you have a tree-like JSON, it still uses a text widget for it.
