Group geoprocessing tools by type, not source

Description

The geoprocessing tools are currently grouped by their source: QGIS, GRASS, Saga, etc. Your average user doesn't care where they come from, just what they do.

We already had such groupping, but it only confused users and adds a lot of overhead
