composer: image export options' page width not respected when exporting a composet sheet

Description
A newly introduced composer export feature in the 2.12 dev cycle doesn't seem to function properly.
Steps to reproduce:- Create a new project
- Create a new composer
- Export the blank composer to image
- When the Image Export Options dialog pops up, set the page width to 1000px
- click on the Save button
- Open the exported file, the width is 3507px (A4's width under 300dpi), not 1000px
