Description
1. Open some GRASS mapset.
3. Run GRASS Tools.
3. Run GRASS shell
4. Some commands block the shell so that you can't enter new commands. Example 2 blockers:
v.random out=map n=1 g.copy rast=somemap,somemap2
There are more such commands.

Fixed in 73e86da0 (SVN r10666) on *nix, OSX and minGW. Still to be solved for MSVC.
