Description
Good morning,
trying QGis weekkly (2.5.0-Master, code rev d0e9d8d) , I found a bug while inserting a row in a PostgreSQL table.
When I close the form, 2 rows are inserted in the attribute table and both are inserted in the database on commit.

If this is a different issue (i.e. if it still happens after updating to a newer weekly or nightly build) please reopen
