Description

PostGIS reports

ERROR: invalid wkb
CONTEXT: SQL function "geomfromwkb" statement 1

when I try to save an edited PostGIS layer.

My system:

Postgresql 8.1.11

PostGIS 1.1.5

With the current 9a584ede (SVN r8287) QGIS shows the same behaviour like before 9893f4af (SVN r8268). I reopen the ticket.

I retried this with PostgreSQL 8.1.11/PostGIS 1.1 on Debian and PostgreSQL 8.2.4/PostGIS 1.2 on Windows by changing POLYGON and LINESTRING features.

Both worked fine with 9a584ede (SVN r8287). Could you provider a testcase?

Yes #1007 is fixed by fa696cda (SVN r8291)!
