Description

I just got a large python error message from a plugin when qgis started.

Noticed the scrollbar on the right is missing for the python tab on the Log Messages panel. Had to copy and paste error msg into text editor to be able to see the entire thing.

But that also means, I can only copy and paste the 1st log message about python, and have to use up/down arrow keys to look for other messages.

Looks like the scrollbar could probably be added to the python tab in the log messages panel.

Here's the screen from Windows 8.1 64bit (OSGeo4W) showing the missing scroll-bar in Python tab for the log messages panel.
The message from python is different in Linux, but I don't see a scroll bar there either.
