Description
It seems that the symbologies (color, color ramp, line...) does not install correctly with the standalone installer on windows 7 and 8.
I join a screenshot of an error message.

I have seen this too today in the pc of a trainee. Others didn't had this issue.

Please test with a recent QGIS release (2.18 or 3), if the issue/request is still valid change the affected version accordingly, if is fixed/implemented then close the ticket. Thanks!
