Description
if I try to import a shapefile into an old SL database (ex: http://www.gaia-gis.it/spatialite-2.3.1/test-2.3.zip ) I get
clc06_244_311_pt: creation of data source clc06_244_311_pt failed. cannot commit - no transaction is active
while it is possible to create from scratch a new layer and edit it.
