Description
qgis_qgisappclipboard test does not pass if CPL_DEBUG environment variable is set on.
It was not happening when qgis_app (to which the test is linked) was built as shared.

- Resolution set to wontfix
- Status changed from Open to Closed
apparently meanwhile fixed (using GDAL 1.10.1)
