(composer) Grid intervals for X and Y are swapped

Description
In the print composer, if you change the grid interval for X the Y grid interval on the map changes. If you change the Y grid interval then the X grid changes.
Image attached showing problem.
Confirmed by NathanW.
I've set to high as it's unexpected behaviour, but fairly sure this is something that used to work.

win (at least)) - Priority changed from High to Severe/Regression
Confirmed on Linux and it is a regression.
