Change "Add WMS layer" to "Add WMS/WMTS layer"

Description
For users it is not obvious that the "Add WMS layer" also serves to add a "WMTS" layer.
I would therefore suggest to change the menu entry/toolbar/tooltip to "Add WMS/WMTS layer". It would be great if this could be done before the 2.0 release.
