Identify tool doesn't work properly for WFS layer

Description
I noticed that the identify on a WFS layer retrieves more results although I am selecting a single feature.
Step to reproduce:
- Load WFS layer from: http://lrssvt.ns0.it/cgi-bin/wfs_multi/qgis_mapserv.fcgi?
- Use the identify tool on a feature
You will get more results in the identify dialog.
it works fine on 1.8.
PS: not sure if this is a mapcanvas issue
