Map position jumps on first mouse click after manually entering map coordinates

Description
When manually entering map coordinates in the coordinate field the map is centered correctly on this position. But when clicking on any widget (e.g. menu or tool button) the map jumps to a new position, which seems shifted relative to the position of the mouse click.
