Description

The repeated occurrence of GEOS_LIBRARY at line 33-34 is an error as it will cause a linking error when code will try to link against GEOS_LIBRARY.lib

SET (
         GEOS_LIBRARY
         GEOS_LIBRARY;odbc32;odbccp32
         CACHE STRING INTERNAL)
