Description
I am new user trying to install QGIS-OSGeo4W-1.8.0-1-Setup.exe.
My laptop is running Windows 7 Pro 64bit
I have loaded the prog twice and each time i get the same error message so cannot start the application:
"The procedure entry point sqlite_3open_v2 could not be located in the dynamic link library sqlite3.dll"
