Browser d&d into a postgis schema other then "public" does not work

Description
D&D of a shape or SL or whatever into a postgis schema other then "public" does not work, as the resulting postgis layer is always placed into "public".
Is not a regression as I see it happen on both 1.8 and master.

Works here for both 2.8.2 and 2.10.0. Could be closed.
