WMS layer trasparency broken in qgis master

Description
Add a WMS layer and try to change the transparency, it can happen that the layer disappear or that the colours go crazy.
Just tested on the latest master available on osgeo4w.

Hm, I'm changing the transparency here and everything does as expected.
What is the WMS URL you are testing against (and the requested format)?
