It's a bug in Microsoft Windows. To have executable file in Windows You must have .exe suffix, on UNIX like systems You can execute any file with executable bit set (i.e. readme.txt can be a program). To make GRASS modules executable, a .exe suffix was added to all GRASS modules and some antivirus software thinks that it is a new virus.
Only solution is to whitelist all GRASS modules in antivirus.
An in future please use SEARCH, as similar bug was closed less than month a go.
