GML: add a choice to insert a sql filter

Description
The GML format is multi-layer.
So to select a single layer (for example called roads) , gdal, has the option to insert a sql-string:
.. -sql "select * from roads"
This choice permit to extract from GML only the istances referred to class "roads".
In QGIS when try to add a vector layer from a GML would be better to have the choice to insert a sql string to apply to gdal.
Otherwise qgis is capable to use only a gml file having one only layer in it.
