Add to gdal 1.7 support for MrSID

Description

The qgis-dev version don't support MrSid rasters.

I try using a version of gdal 1.7 with the "gdal_MrSID.dll",
but again qgis-dev don't recognize the MrSID.
Perhaps is necessary to add that support to qgis-dev.
This is under windows. On Linux I don't know.
