New Symbology - SVGMarker oriented using a field attribute

Description

In New-Symbology, when choose a svgmarker, would be useful to link the orientation (angle) of svgmarker to a field of the attribute table.
Actually the orientation of svgmarker is setting but fixed.

Data-defined rotation (and size) has been added for symbology-ng. (though currently only for single symbol renderer)
