Description
This is a usability improvement for the Pan map tool that centers the map on the point clicked. This is similar to what the Zoom In/Zoom Out tools do.
It much easier to center a point on the map with a point and click gesture, rather than dragging and guess where the center is, or to select some object and zoom to selected.
This added behavior should be mentioned in the User Guide.
