Browser - "Project home" folder shortcut does not appear when a new project is saved

Description
- Click on "new project"
- the "Project home" is not there
- save project as ...
- the "Project home" is still not there <--- the bug is this !!!
- from recent project re-open the newly created project
- finally "Project home" appears
