Description
1) Add this service:
http://ags.kr-plzensky.cz/arcgis/services/UPD/Stod/MapServer/WmsServer
2) Add the top layer
You get a nice plan
3) Choose "zoom to native resolution"
The scale switches from 1:17,000 to 1:235,713,726! This is definitely not the native resolution.
(I'm not sure "native resolution" is meaningful for WMS/WMTS layers).
