"Load/Save" connections

Description
Combination of things relating to the "Load" and "Save" buttons for connections on the Data Source Manager:
1) These should be "Import" and "Export". The buttons do not "save" in the conventional use of the word as that happens automatically when you press "ok" after creating/editing a connection. Indeed, when you click on "Save" the dialog that comes up actually uses the word "Export", not "Save".
2) Not all layers have these. ArcGIS servers being the notable exceptions.
